Initial Consultation

Following the initial consolation, we develop our full-service proposal for your considerations.

Concept Design
The first step in any successful project is researching applicable zoning regulations and building codes. These inform building shape, size, and in some cases aesthetics and will be referenced throughout the evolution of the design to help inform decisions along the way.
The second step in this phase is to layout all of the desired spaces in each project. At the end of this phase, a conceptual set of drawings illustrating the project will be provided for your considerations.

Full-Service Construction Drawings
Once the concept is approved, we prepare a full set of permit-ready drawings, including the necessary site and civil drawings, structural systems, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. Our design and construction drawing services ensure each detail aligns with local building codes and zoning regulations to ensure a smooth permitting process.
With years of experience navigating local jurisdiction requirements, we deliver plans that are fully compliant and ready for fast permit approval. We handle the paperwork to streamline your path to construction!

Permit Management
Even after the drawings are submitted to the building department for permit, we continue supporting every project. Our team manages permit reviews, addresses permit comments, and provides Contractor support. From start to finish, we’re committed to delivering a successful design and construction project for you!

Construction Administration
During construction, we answer questions, review Contractor submitted product data and shop drawings, conduct site visits to observe construction progress, assist with change orders, and operate on your behalf as an Owners Representative.
Our team handles both the design and construction administration to ensure the final build matches the original vision - seamlessly and accurately.
