Initial Consultation & Concept Design
We offer a FREE phone consultation to help you explore your garage conversion ideas! Understanding your needs, vision, and budget is our top priority. Once we reach an agreement, we’ll conduct a site visit to assess your space in-person, take accurate measurements and document existing conditions within the scope of work area(s). The result? A concept design tailored for your needs.
Permitting Drawings
Once the concept is approved, we prepare a full set of permit-ready drawings, including architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural systems. Our Design and Construction Drawing Services ensure each detail aligns with local building codes and zoning regulations.

Construction Administration
As licensed Architects in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia we oversee and administer the entire construction phase. We answer questions, review Contractor submitted product data and shop drawings, conduct site visits to observe construction progress, assist with change orders, and operate on your behalf as the Owners representative.
