W|B will guide the Client on this transformation of a standard residential backyard into a luxury family sanctuary. The project requires a seamless integration of a 900-square-foot multi-functional living addition. It also needs to blend extensive outdoor resort amenities with the existing home layout.

To create a cohesive architectural bridge between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure, this plan prioritizes the maximization of functional square footage for the family. It focuses on establishing a fluid transition from the private living quarters to the high-end, exterior entertainment destinations.

W|B plans to deliver a comprehensive design service featuring a premium master suite, private bath, kitchenette, and open living area. The exterior expansion will feature a custom outdoor kitchen and a resort-style swimming pool. Craftsmanship details include:

• Cast-in-place concrete raised planter beds with stone veneer.

• Curated tropical landscaping.

• Multilayered entertainment terraces.
