GARAGE CONVERSION - III

WALTER BENNETT is providing full-service construction administration drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) to to support the renovation of an existing underserved garage. The garage had been previously been used as a storage room, however it is needed to provide a higher quality of life for this evolving family.

 

In order to update the garage conversion properly, the floor will need to be raised, plumbing and electrical will need to be extended from within the house to support the newly located washer and dryer.  A new electric water heater is being provided with a filtration system. No exterior improvements are being made, except for the new plumbing vent and exhaust hood that support the washer and dryer.
